CrowdStrike (CRWD) is also down -10% premarket after a strong fiscal Q1, where a sizable full-year ARR guidance raise outpaced the quarterly beat but still fell short of elevated investor expectations.
Sleep Number Heads Toward Bankruptcy
Sleep Number Corporation (SNBR) is down -65% in premarket trading to $0.38 as the smart-bed maker prepares for a potential Chapter 11 filing. The company has struggled for years under more than $600M in debt, with its most recent quarter showing a -19% sales decline and a net loss widening to $50M from $9M a year earlier. SNBR secured $55M in emergency liquidity earlier this year and may explore a sale as part of the restructuring process.
