Fox Beats Estimates Despite Super Bowl Absence

Fox Corporation (FOX) is trading higher today after Q3 revenue of $3.99B, down -9% YoY but $180M above estimates, as Super Bowl LX's absence from the network weighed on advertising. EPS of $1.32 beat expectations by $0.24 and rose +20% YoY, while EBITDA climbed +11% to $954M as cost discipline offset the revenue shortfall. Cable Network Programming was a bright spot with revenue up +6% to $1.74B, while the TV segment saw ad revenue fall -30% on the absence of the big game.

Circle Internet Surges on Stablecoin Volume

Circle Internet (CRCL) is up +1.2% in premarket trading after Q1 USDC circulation hit $77.0B, above the $76.4B consensus, and EBITDA of $151M beat the $133M estimate. On-chain transaction volume surged to $21.5T from $11.9T in Q4 as the stablecoin's footprint expanded sharply. CRCL also completed a $222M presale of ARC tokens at a $3B network valuation, backed by Apollo Funds (APO), BlackRock (BLK), and others. Full-year guidance was reaffirmed, targeting 40% CAGR in USDC circulation through the cycle.

Palantir Wins Unlimited NHS Patient Data Access

NHS England has granted Palantir Technologies (PLTR) and other external contractors "unlimited access" to identifiable patient data as part of its flagship data platform project, raising fresh scrutiny over data privacy practices. The arrangement applies to individuals working on the National Data Integration Tenant, with NHS England defending the practice by noting external access requires government security clearance and director-level approval. Regular audits are also conducted to ensure compliance, per an NHS spokesperson.

Intel Jumps on SK Hynix Packaging Deal

Intel (INTC) is up more than +5% in premarket trading after reports it is collaborating with SK Hynix on advanced 2.5D semiconductor packaging using INTC's Embedded Multi-die Interconnect Bridge technology. The partnership involves connecting multiple semiconductor dies via small silicon bridges, a rival approach to Taiwan Semiconductor's (TSM) CoWoS technology, which has been a persistent bottleneck for advanced chip production. SK Hynix shares also surged following the report.
